簡歷 (Biography):
王俊凱,國立成功大學微電子所博士,現擔任本系教授。王教授的專長包括半導體元件物理、化合物半導體磊晶技術、光電元件結構設計與技術開發及元件材料特性與故障分析。王教授任教前擔任過晶元光電公司研發中心磊晶部副理,開發多項光電技術與產品,擁有多項專利與豐富產業經驗。
王教授目前擔任光電與積體電路故障分析中心副執行長,協助多家高科技電子企業與傳統產業檢測性服務與故障分析技術,對產業技術開發與良率提升做出了卓越的貢獻。王教授研究開發出多項技術,並發表多篇國際會議及SCI期刊論文,透過技術的開發積極推動產學合作。王教授可擔任半導體概論與產業專論、半導體元件物理、半導體製程技術、光電工程、平面顯示器及太陽能電池技術等課程之授課工作。
